Smoking for about 20 today. Probably the first time I've cooked for a lot of people and not smoked butts in the mix. Doing some chucks, beef & pork ribs and wings. Also have moinks and bacon wrapped jalapenos, using jalapenos from the garden which I love. Having everyone else bring the sides, desert, and most importantly Booze!

I didn't have to get up early since nothing should take much longer than 6hrs, but for some reason I always wake up at the crack of dawn when I'm going to smoke that day.

Here it is. I got is all trimmed/rubbed last night and should start around 11am. Happy 4th weekend!
