Not sure what you would call these, had left over ground meat/ sausage from meatballs from tuesday. Was going to make moinks.. but after the balls for the spaghetti I was all balled out :roll:. So I made some little meatloaf things with string cheese in the middle, wrapped em in bacon on tossed em on. Made up some beef ribs that were taking up freezer space. I will def use better bacon next time, this stuff was way too thin.
