Wife and daughter is gone doing their thang, so me and Lil Man is doin ours! I'll make it short and sweet cause that's how we did it.






We also made a box of Zatarans. Here's my plate.


The man meal was approved.

I killed 2 birds with one stone. My fire basket for UDS needed to be burn off a little and I needed to sear some steaks so....
I think flavor wise it was one the best steaks I've had, all the grease from the basket was burning off and added some yummy goodness to them.
