I am amazed at how quickly he got that done. Short of buying something already built, you couldn't have gotten a grill any faster, especially not a handmade beauty like that! Congrats! That looks like a joy to cook on, too. How are the temps from side to side?

Haven't done a test yet but will be doing a biscuit test over thanksgiving and post pics. Good question!
 
that has to be one of the nicest doors i have seen on an offset...fits perfect...looks like a tight seal...congrats on that sweet rig.
 
I want to thank everybody for the positive comments. These things are fun to build and they get better with everyone I do. And a big thanks to Jeff for having the confidence to spend his money with me.
