First UDS Cook! First Boston Butt!

I only took two pictures during the cook with my cell. The first picture was after 5 hours at 235. Sprayed it with apple juice and sprinkled it with rub before wrapping in foil.

I was pressed for time so I put it back in the UDS at 280 for two hours. Pulled it and let it sit for 30 minutes before tearing it apart. Great flavor without sauce, better with.

Thanks for all the compliments. I'll be doing another butt and ribs on Saturday. I'll be taking lots of pics.
