I am trying to avoid thinking about football right now (Steelers fan), but that cook made it a little better.

I did do the entire cook indirect. The idea was that I'd leave it all indirect and have some time to be upstairs watching the game. Didnt really work out that way, but that's life. I think next time I'd do 40 minutes indirect and about 20 direct flipping and moving the whole time for super crispy skin.

Great looking wings. Never cooked wings before b/c we have a couple of great wings places nearby. Those pix got me motivated and I'm going to try some this weekend if I can find some nice ones at the local butcher.

The sauce recipe sounds like a winner also.
