Made some fried pickle spears.

Batter:
Flour, panko bread crumbs, chipotle seasoning

put them in a milk/egg wash and double battered, fried until golden brown and there you have it.

Made a spicy ranch with a little tabasco for dipping.

Some day I have to try fried pickles.
