This is my game day cook from this past weekend, Sunday, September 15th.
I put a television and a sound bar on a garbage can up against my house. We hang outside, cook, drink and watch the games.
I made chicken wingettes and Chorizo sausages on my 22 1/2" OTG.
I brined 2 dozen wingettes in Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and water for about 4 hours. I drained them and coated them with olive oil before I cooked them.
I served half the wingettes with Sweet Baby Rays Honey Barbeque sauce and the other half with Buffalo sauce (melted margarine and Frank's Red Hot sauce).
My daughter made spinach and artichoke dip (a 4 cheese melt mix, cream cheese, mayonaise, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach and garlic).
It was outstanding!
Wingettes on the OTG.
Almost done.
Served with BBQ sauce.
Served with Buffalo sauce.
Spinach and artichoke dip.
The game.
Sauteed peppers and onions.
Chorizo sausages on the OTG.
Beer o' the day.
Thanks for looking.
