SmokinCW here in the land where it's always bbq and grilling season. I joined this board because I was impressed with several of the posts, especially a thread on UDS.
I have a CharGriller Super Pro with SFB and several mods, a 22.5 inch One Touch Silver, and a Kenmore Elite Natural Gas grill. I love doing ribs and brisket on the CharGriller. The Weber is just versatile and has become ol' faithful, especially at Thanksgiving time. My family thinks there's no other way to eat turkey but off the grill. The gas grill is for the quick burgers and chicken. I got into bbq because my job was sending me to Kansas City and Norfolk, VA a lot. While in those cities I experienced some cooking that made me want start smokin. I'm not a competitor yet but would like to check it out.
