First off big thanks to Landarc for the tips on biscuit cooking on the kettle.
This morning I stoked the fire in my old Weber kettle, set the fire up for indirect cooking and put on a naked fatty, followed by a pan of my wife's butter biscuits and then once those items were done I warmed up small cast iron over the coals and fired up a couple eggs.
All in all, I was real happy with the way things turned out.
Biscuits were nice and soft with a little golden brown crisp bottom and had taken on a light smokey flavor from the hardwood lump.
Final product: biscuit, fatty, eggs and a piece of Munster cheese
