Spacecoast Pit Crew would like to thank Jimmy (The) Smokin Cracker for the cooking class not to bad to come out of the gate and get a Reserve Champ in Okeechobee. I hope that we can back it up next time out. Thanks again Shane.

Thanks Rub, Jimmy is a heck of a guy. Are next cookoff is April 20-21, 2007 Hog Days of Spring Macclenny, FL (FBA) we might make it to some others to hang out. "And how do I get into one of Jimmy's classes?!" Say please I quess it worked for us.
