I like to marinade chicken every now and again. Here is a little marinade i threw together yesterday, added some good chicken, left over night in fridge, then grilled and glazed with a Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle sauce. Some skin got a little dark, but they sure did taste fine :biggrin:

That chicken looks great monty! Bet it tasted even better.

but how do they get the chickens to eat vegetarians? :icon_clown

There's 3 more they make - havn't tried the two on the right yet, and the Mango Hab was not hot.. at all :sad:
