The client was the main sponsor of the World Pork Expo. This was their hospitality tent on the main street of the Iowa State Fairgrounds. They bought 150 shakers of Plowboys rub and 150 pints of Blues Hog sauce to hand out to the public.

We went through about 20-25 pounds of rub that weekend just prepping food.

Thanks. We prepared for 1100 in total over two days. The ribs you see in the first pic were just for day one. The pork loin in the smoker was only part of day one.
 
I was going to give you a hard time for being a shameless pimp because in nearly every picture I could see Yardbird rub or Blueshog... then I read your post about them buying the product. That is awesome... you had money coming and going!!
