Frontier Lump at Sams Club FYI

I've used it a couple of times for smoking and a couple for grilling. Not a big fan of it for grilling. I did notice that it sparks quite a bit more than The Good One brand or the BGE brand (Royal Oak private lable?) but have been happy with the size of lumps and lack of small pieces so far.

Sams recently got Frontier Lump and I really liked it a lot. However, I went there yesterday and they said it was just a one time purchase for them. So if you like it, check with your local store and get it now. Of course some Sams may continue to carry it, it's a store decision it seems.

Personally I refuse to spend my hard earned money at WalMart or Sams. They are the single largest importer of Chinese goods in the USA. But that's a whole other subject.

Ace Hardware carries frontier. My local store only has the 10 lb ($5.99) but they can order the 20 lbs for $11.99.

Plus it's manufactured here in Kansas. It's all I use. I have no complaints.
