I diced up about four of the rib tips left over from last night's dinner, diced and fried 1.5 lbs of bacon along with an eating teaspoon of minced garlic, then placed them aside. I drained most of the bacon grease and browned about 1/3 of a bag of O'Brian Potatos leftover from another experiment shared here a month or so ago. When the taters were done I added 11 scrambled eggs (one of the boys is sick and not eating breakfast) and cooked until done. While the egg mix was cooking I nuked some leftover Ranch Style beans and a jar of Salsa con Queso. See the results and enjoy!
