four eggs and a rick

it was kinda cold out, so i had to light them all!

that wasn't warm enough, so i made a small fire

crisp & clear and the moon was beaming @ 10 degrees

then i figured i might as well cook something

wheat beer bread with wheat beer

garlic shrimp & butternut squash with shallots and cashews and butter

king crab legs and two thin ribeyes

almost like a dream

fresh horseradish cocktail sauce

four fatties for good measure

a great day with four eggs

most excellent! that egg had some hickory chips and it went in the crack to the crab meat some, more on the knuckles as usual.

the squash and shrimp had cherry chips and the fatties had jack daniels oak barrel chips. the bread, just lump

many heavenly smoke types on the island today!

ha! i've done that before, but these had fresh ground black, white, green & pink pepper and ground chipotle pepper i made last summer and some mrs dog's chipotle salt. they kinda packed a punch!
