The Tri-Tip Throwdown is going on with lots of great entries. Here are my planted shots. Served with a Horseradish Cream sauce, a sprig of fresh Dill from my garden, roasted potatoes, streamed Broccoli and a Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar Ale. Yum!
