I could do some of these cooks on a CI griddle using one of the Kamados, but waiting for charcoal to come to temp, trying to regulate temperatures and the smaller surface area makes the Blackstone the sensible choice.
Iím right there with you. Gets to temp so fast and is easy to clean. Itís practically the only way I do hot dogs and brats anymore. Gives me that true ballpark experience!
