Partially frozen turkey breast on Big Easy

Can it be done? Just put a 7 lb breast in the fridge and thought I might try it on my Big Easy. Probably won’t be thawed for Saturday afternoon. What do y’all think?
 
There are faster ways to defrost, if you want to.
 
Decided to wait until today so I️ had a good 2 days of fridge thawing for an 8 lb breast. First cook on the Big Easy and it came out great! Nice and juicy with crispy skin.
