Can it be done? Just put a 7 lb breast in the fridge and thought I might try it on my Big Easy. Probably won’t be thawed for Saturday afternoon. What do y’all think?
Decided to wait until today so I️ had a good 2 days of fridge thawing for an 8 lb breast. First cook on the Big Easy and it came out great! Nice and juicy with crispy skin.
