Cavapcici is a type of kebab/sausage popular in Eastern Europe.

Make a piston (like Cowgirl made), with PVC pipe, but put a PVC cap on one end with some 1/2" holes in the end. Shouldn't be too bad.

The next step would be to market them and sell them to the Brethren. ha ha

Allied Kenco sales in Houston sells a jerky gun that is hand operated,it shoots a round or flat for making jerky.small one like I got is $28.75.It holds a pound of meat.It works great for stuffing mushrooms,jalapenos.:-D

I have been a huge fan of your creations since another place on the web for BBQ. I am constantly amazed with your take on creative and spectacular food.
The camera skills make it look nothing short of amazing.
