Spatchcock Chicken X 2

This past weekend I fired up the perfomer and spatchcocked me a couple of yard birds.

took two young chickens ~ 5lbs each, and split 'em and rubbed them

Put said young chickens on a 350 degree weber

once the byrds hit 180 internal - they are ready to begin plating

There was four hungry mouths to feed - so each gets 1/2 chicken
