Creekstone prime from the recent sale. 18 pounds, looks sweet.

Gave it a light coat of mustard,cracked pepper, SPOG and SGH.

Plan to mop this one

2 hour mark, been staying close to 300 over oak and pecan

That's gonna be gooood!
Looks like plenty of room left for ribs, chicken and sausage.....just sayin.
