Prime Rib, of course. went boneless this year. Used Snider's Prime Rib and Roast Seasoning. Wonderful on beef roasts. I think there were some vegetables on the table also. Oh, and some ABTs snuck on the table!:clap2:

It was pretty tasty.

Seasoned and ready to go on. Cooked on the Blue Performer at 225 until 120 IT, then seared over a small cast iron grate until crispy.

Sliced and ready to go with some foreign objects next to it:

Lisa just frosted her famous Square Red Velvet Cupcakes™. Too bad I can't have them. Not on the approved list.

Our daughter who is here with her husband and our dandy two year-old grandson doesn't eat meat. Quite odd. i thawed out a salmon steak and crisped it up for her.

List, smist,I would have at least ONE!!!!

To quote me, speaking with the doctor, explaining how I have dealt with my diabetes diagnosis: "If I die my wife will kill me."

Thus I have gone cold turkey on the sweets. Lost 80 pounds from that and no white bread or spuds. I still do not enjoy it though. Those who say you get used to it are lying.
