Haven’t posted anything or cooked anything in some time so I took out my Not So Ugly Drum and my Blue Performer.
Got the Drum set up with regular KF and some Pecan Chunks. Once it stabilized, I placed a 7lb butt on the top shelf rubbed with some of John Henry’s Pig Rub, I ran out of my favorite Pecan Rub
. The butt won’t be ready until later, so that pron will have to follow.
I set up the Performer with a mix of KF Competition and some Lump with a few chunks of Cherry. The roaster was rubbed with JH’s Chicken Tickler.
