Step 1 fire up the mini and wash n oil some monster taters. FYI the small tater is a big one so the the big one is mammoth.



Went bottom on the mini and i probe because i take them to about 215.

The good stuff will be coming soon! :biggrin1:
 
Smoked Mexican mini skins

Mexican style...refried beans, green onions, Mexican cheese and of course bacon bits!



Back on the smoker... melt them up and on with the sour cream.. are you getting hungry yet? I am... lol

They may rival those served in any restaurant, but the real question is, was that sour cream applied with a calking gun?!?!?

LOL, I don't know how to do it all fancy.. for me it's goop it on with a spoon! haha
