Hello everyone! Just to give you all my background, I got hooked on smoking last year. I borrowed my in laws brinkman smoker and turned out a great brisket and an amazing rack of ribs. Decided that I was hooked and went out and got an akorn smoker. Been smoking, grilling, and experimenting with different rubs and sauces ever since.
