Ronelle's Really Rad Crabby, Dirty, WoodChuck Salmon (Phubar mod)

Parsley Lady had to work late tonight so that means fish time!

I bought a nice piece of salmon and gave it a rub down with some EVOO and then a liberal sprinkle of Crabby Dirt and grilled it slowly until it was medium rare. In the mean time I took some Yukon Gold Potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower and sauted them in a little EVOO until tender. I also took a bottle of Woodchuck Amber Draft Cider (Yeah, I know... not a squirrel, but close), added some Crabby Dirt and reduced it until it was getting syrupy. I finished the reduction with a little butter.
