SizzleVision...

That looks great JD. I have pretty much switched to fillets as my steak of choice, and I cut them about that thick myself.

I have a weakness for Calvados, cognac, and a drink we call a Mac Special or Lander Fly Fisherman. It's half cognac and half Gran Marnier, heated a little and chased with a beer.

Love the sizzlevision! The steak came out great, but what kind of grill were you cooking it on? I didn't recognize it

It's the latest flat top indoor version...uses all natural glass briquettes...my wife loves it!

That steak is nothing short of perfect!
Sizzlevision eh, I'm holding out for Smellovision. Yum.
