At my house, first cook on the PBC. Ribs & chicken.
 
Doing a 12# packer on Sunday in time for the game! Yippeee!:grin:
 
Going to rotate a 5 lb. bone-in pork loin (one big pork chop) on Sat. Chick quarters on the grill tonite and wings on Sun.
 
I have a case of Pork Hawg Wings ordered that should be in by noon, going to throw a bunch on the Grill for the big game!
 
a couple slabs of short ribs.....couple dozen wings and hopefully have them done right before kickoff Sunday. :)
 
BB's and a couple of Fatties for the game Sunday.
 
I will be working second shift, no bbq or super bowl for Chris this weekend. FML :-(

Every year I do Smoked Wings with a Peach/Mango/Habanero glaze.
 
Making a batch of chaurice sausage and using that in a batch of jambalaya. And a chicken.

I think I'm gonna cook some chicken wings, some bacon-wrapped chicken breasts, along with some stuffed jalapenos (on Sunday before the Superbowl.) :-D
 
Curing bacon now. Should get that and butts over smoke on Sunday!
