Yup, just rassled a few duck breasts out of the freezer., tiny litle farkers .I have no clue what I'm going to do with them. This has turned out to be a "grab bag game meat" TD for me.
 
Anyone pondering entering this TD I highly recommend this website for inspiration. I've used many of the sauce recipes and duplicated many cooks step by step. Great website.

I have made most of the venison dishes on that site. All were awesome. I am still trying to figure out what I will be entering for this one..
 
I was gonna send a PM to MrTodd and mention this throwdown. He brought some great venison/wild pig sausage and cooked an incredible venison backstrap ( or was it tenderloin?) at last fall's North Texas Bash. Looking forward to what he whips up.

I must admit other Brethren have helped me just by posting their own experiences.
