Hi everybody, been lurking here for a while, finally decided to make it official.

I’ve been using electric smokers & gas grills for years, just ordered a combo charcoal/stick burner with charcoal grill, a lot of changes coming to my bbq & grilling game.

This place seems full of friendly, helpful folks and I’m looking forward to sharing experiences & the joy of tasty smoked meats.
