Valentines cook-catch up surf and turf

Didn't get to cook my love the dinner she wanted on the day but we agreed to Friday night. Since she wanted peppers, two hour prep wasn't in the cards Thursday.

Ended up pretty good and worth the wait. Freed up Thursday night to just focus on "dessert"
