Did a little NYE cook with Sweaty Betty last night. Cooked the ribs on the uds over some cherry wood. The color was awesome, but overcooked them just a bit. Still tasted great. Happy New Year everyone!

I'll take one from column A and 6 from column B
 
They look good. I love using cherry wood with ribs. Gives a nice flavor without being overpowering. Plus it smells incredible when it is smoking.
