My wife asked my to make some pulled pork for our daughter's graduation party the first week in June. I have held off on buying the pork shoulder since I don't like to freeze for long periods of time. Last night at WW, they marked down a 15 pound butt and picnic 10 $11.99. It had a sell-by date of today (4/29), so we pulled the trigger and got it. Add to that the bottom round roast the wife bought this week and the huge chuck roast she found, and I'm REALLY loving my wife.

Anything special I should concern myself with regarding this frozen roast?
