What a beautiful day today has been in SoCal. Mid 70's and sunny. I haven't had the cover off the NBB for 4 weeks or so. I've been very busy, work/life ect. I'm going camping next weekend so I've got to get the gear out and things prepped. Figured I'd BBQ today while I'm doing that. Looked in the freezer, Hmmmm, pork butt, turkey, pork butt, tri-tip, pork butt, chicken. You see we like pork (who doesn't?!). Decided on chicken today, not sure why, just did. Spatchcocked and rubbed with Ployboys Yardbird. Stuffed some jalapenos from the garden with cream cheese mixed with some yardbird, wrapped in bacon, and I'm ready to go. Put on the grill at about 325. Will post finished pron later. I'm thinking that if I get a good pic I'll enter it in the virgin TD.
