My family loved it!!!!

Here we go again with my little experiments. Today we injected 2 chicken breast using this ingredients. Not shown 1/4 cup of chiken broth and a splash of soy sauce.


Here they are injected and being happy for a few hours.


Indirect heat for 20 min or so. Smoked with a piece of oak from a wine barrel that a friend got me. You know who you are.


Direct sear.

After it rested for 10 min I sliced.


Plated with chorizo beans topped with quest fresco.


My kids and wife loved it. Full of flavor moist and juicy.

I'm kinda hooked on injecting as well as it adds good flavor and moistness....even though I've always had very moist chicken without. The extra flavor is what got me hooked.
