Put the fatty in a teriyaki mixture and smoked in the bullet next to a brisket for about 3 hours. Mix of mesquite lump and hickory. Nothing too special.

Since it is now officially my weekend....(yes, that makes Saturdays my Monday...now how farked up is that!)....and Mista provided me a very stimulating picture....a cook is DEFINATELY happening on FRIDAY. Got a bone in butt in the freezer and at least 4 rolls of JD ready for a rub down. Thanks for the idea Bigmista...the Teriyaki is a must try on one of the fattys.
