Years of waiting finally pays off!!!

I have been checking Craigs List daily looking for a Bandera. Last Saturday I saw an add for some one selling a "smoker." I ask for a picture and this is what I received.

I just brought her home. I explained to the owner that I was going to have to do some sanding and painting along with some mods so it would work well and that the Bandera was a discontinued model from a company that no longer existed.

Even with all the work and mods I think for $60.00 I got a good deal.

Now find a BKSD and you can have dualers. $60 is a great deal IMO.

No good. The water pan is removed from the cook chamber and the charcoal isn't in the firebox. But for $60 - not bad.

The good thing about this particular score is that I finally got the Bandera I've wanted for a long time...

The bad news is I finally got the "I don't think you need to buy anything else" speech from my wife.

That is a great price I paid 120 for mine off of craigs list. I got the other for free so it works out I guess.
