Wyatt, Lola, and the brisket

Well, here goes nothing. First brisket on Lola. started with an 11# packer. Shoot it up with beef broth, Wyatt coats with mustard, salt, and pepper. Will post pics of the finished product tomorrow. Gonna put some spares on in the AM.

Notice you are running the old foil mod on Lola until your can get her airtight with a oven rope. I used to alway seal my SKD using foil.

I started out with only half the size packer (6 1/2 - was the largest they had in cryovac at costco when I went) So I guess that means I will get to go to bed sooner.

Nah, have cut down on the cancer sticks. Down to 3 today.
