WSM Moho chicken and meatloaf

Fired up the WSMs Sunday. Made some mojo chicken and two meatloafs and an Italian fattie stuffed with swiss cheese and jalapino. topped off the meatloaf with Gates sauce with about 15 minutes to go. I used a little hickory with the meatloaf.

My family won't eat meatloaf any other way now. I had to double up and smoke 2 each time so there is enough for leftovers!

Nice looking loaf and chicken. I love meatloaf in the Bandera and I have this forum to thank for it.
