• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

First off, this is one SERIOUSLY good resource. I have a feeling im going to be spending alot of time here.

I'm 30, and am in the process of completely rebuilding my beloved Vermont Castings CF9050. I'm spending far more money than I should on it (It would be cheaper to buy a new grill) but I just love this one. I'm documenting everything and will post it shortly. I'm also adding several mods to it at the same time.. Rotiserie, brinkman aftermarket sear side burner, custom laser etched console (I have access to a stainless steel marking laser), griddle, and a Natural Gas Conversion.

It's amazing how attached you can become to a particular grill.

Svirf.

First off, welcome to the best clubhouse on the web!

Second, how do you pronounce "Svirf"? Almost looks like you need to by a vowel!

Another California Boy! Welcome!

Thanks for the welcome everyone!

I've been documenting the restoration of my grill, I was thinking of posting an article on it .. Anyone have any ideas what section is the best to post it in?

... and you you know I dont really know how to pronounce "svirf" .. It's from my favorite sci-fi author R.A. Salvatore. Wow, that sounded so nerdy.
