Wow! Bacon wrapped Granny Smiths rock!

Thanks to the brethren who posted this a couple weeks back! Simply awesome. Works as a desert or appetizer, but it was my whole meal last night!

Wedges of Apple rolled in brown sugar, wrapped in bacon then sprinkled with dominator rub went on the joe at 325 with cherry for about a half our then cranked to 400 and moved to the edges for a few cuz wife likes crispy bacon.

Dinner is served! This is about three apples and 12 oz of bacon worth

You nailed it...I too saw that post last week and did some with a red apple in the fridge....they were awesome...but I decided next time granny smiths were in order. Yours look better than mine.
