Has anyone tried Pistachio,i got some yesterday from my wood supplier.He sells to a lot of Restaurants and folks like us,he said everyone likes it.I will give it a test run on Sat.

Its a nut wood, so it should be good. Let us know how it smells and tastes.

I think i'll try it with chicken first,if it's good then i'll smoke the turkey with it.
