Full Fledged Farker
In a couple of weeks, I'm going to be cooking 40 pounds of hot wings in the SKD. I'm told it's about 8 wings per pound, so we are somewhere in the 300 wing range.
I'm figuring a gallon of Franks and 4 pounds of butter for the wing sauce. Does that sound about right?
