wing throw down

I'd like to enter this into the wing throw down. Can't figure out how to get the picture upright. Hopefully the mod can fix it. Cooked in the weber kettle 18.5 with homemade vortex. I haven't entered a throw down before so let me know if I'm not doing something right. Thanks.
