In case you missed it, Willie announced the following in another thread:

all are welcome on the 25 of march to hang out in the parking lot and drink and eat. Nothing special just bored and need to get outside again.

So come on down. Bring a cooker if you like and let's celebrate the early spring (if it ain't snowin'!)

I will also be doing some ribs as a test for comp and maybe ABTs/HBTs and a fattie.

You are correct!! It's when you use a poblano, cubanelle or larger spicy pepper. Stuffing can be hotter or not.
