Wife got a deal on a small Weber

She was able to get a small Weber charcoal grill (the round one) on sale at Walmart (I think it was the last one they had)

Used it today. Used lump charcoal. Started it in a chimney. Then put it on one side, well actually, it filled about 3/4. Put some boneless, skinless chicken breasts on the "cool" side and burgers and hot dogs on the hot.

The burgers and dogs were for lunch - they came out really nice.

The chicken is for later since it will take a while - I hate to "waste a hot grill"

Sounds good, I love my Smokey Joe - and pull those breasts at 160 or they'll be too dry. Enjoy.

Jumbo Joe is my favorite of the Weber stuff I have. Decent cooking space and portable. $40 at Target a couple years ago.
