Wichita/Topeka BBQ

I'll be in the Sunflower State visiting the in-laws, but I'm also making it a Q trip - judging two comps (Yates Center and Burlington), exploring BBQ restaurants, and possibly convincing my father-in-law to build a UDS with me. :icon_wink

I need some recommendations for the Wichita and Topeka areas (and points in between). What are the best spots for Q?
