:clap2: Hello all, been grilling on a trusty Weber for decades and just recently jumped on the "too good to pass up" deal on the bubba keg from HD. Looking to learn much more about smoking, low and slow, etc . . .

1st run was a spathcock chicken :hungry: that I learned as a lurker here.
That was just training to prepare for the Easter ham . .so I'll be reading and searching a lot over the next few days.
