• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

why do we do this?. ----- some new trys.

in the garage fridge in food savers are trays of brisket and pulled pork from last weekend.

In the kitchen fridge is 2 racks of babybacks cooked during the week.

In the freezers is enough cooked q to last me thru the winter.

And all cause of Iceman... in the smoker is 2 racks of spares, 6 cheederwursts, 2 samll pork loins, 4 fatties and 2 lbs of bacon...

why??? no clue.. just gotta cook. who cares if anyones here to eat it.. I will myself. :)


Some new trhings i tried.. Injected the porkloins witha mixture of italian dressing and dreamland.

Injected the fatties with dreamland. Surprisingly, the fatties held the dreamland.. was expecting it to leak out.

not only that i get hands on training. i made my first 2 racks of baby backs on my kettle. i got to say i brought them to a party and within 3 minutes there were only clean bones left. hes a dam good teacher
 
Nothing like having somebody nearby to "talk" you through getting it right. Found out I am not that far from some members, hoping to eventully set things up so I can get hands on training.

I was just minding my own business. I had no intention of lighting a fire today. But after I read these posts, I cooked 7 pork chops, 5 chicken legs and thighs and 4 burgers. Just for me and MrsMista.

well.. the porkloin injected with dreamland were ok.. wont do it again though. didnt go to well with the pork. Tasted like mustard... yuk..

The injected fatty were prtty good.. went better than the loin did with the dreamland... but know we know it works.. injecting fatties is an option.
 
If you people start talking about injecting butts, I'm outta here.
